Diagnosing, and resolving problems in complex customer networks.

Work with customers via collaboration tools to tackle highly sophisticated technical issues. Be a member of worldwide team. Work with Security platforms and technologies. Engage in cross-technology collaborations to help solve issues in heterogeneous network environments. Recreate customer technical problems within Ciscos internal state-of-the-art labs. Be a trusted technical authority to worldwide Cisco customers and partners. Contribute to knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides. Create automation and augmentation logic to speed up issue resolution. Improve product quality by identifying and submitting software defects. Collaborate with the engineering teams to improve product quality by identifying and submitting software defects. Requirements:

Minimum of 2-4- years of experience in Network Security support. Strong practical knowledge of Security platforms and technology. Proven crisis management skills. Strong analytical, problem solving and organizationalskills. Strong written and verbal communications skills.

BS in Engineering/Computer Science/ and/or equivalent experience Certifications. Experience with NOC/SOC. A strong working understanding of Security platforms and technologies. Excellent understanding of the network topology and troubleshooting of network and hardware related problems. English at B2/C1 level. Working, demonstrated hands-on product and technology skills in at least two of the following areas (more a plus):
