Your day at NTT DATA As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible for understanding and analyzing clients' needs and creating an end-to-end technology solution in collaboration with internal colleagues from Go-to Market/Sales and Services area and our main technology vendors. What you'll be doing Your main responsibilities will be: Provide domain expertise in analyzing clients' requirements and identifying fit-for-purpose solutions that align with the client's infrastructure, architecture, system capabilities, and business needs. Work with internal and external technology leads to produce a technical specification for the solution's custom development and systems integration requirements. Lead the scope of work determination, product pricing, and RFP/RFI responses. Ensure technical solutions accomplish the client's objectives. To be successful in this role you are asked: Have solid professional experience architecting technical systems and solutions within a large-scale technology services environment. Demonstrate deep technical domain expertise with a broad product knowledge base and understanding of vendors' technology offerings (main vendors: Cisco, Juniper/MIST, Fortinet, Palo Alto). Comfortably engage enterprise clients and clearly articulate technical solutions to non-technical audiences. Be a confident, self-motivated technical expert who can work independently. Enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts and other internal stakeholders. Hold relevant network vendor and industry certifications. Be fluent in Italian. Be proficient in English. Exhibit excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
