New Business Account Executive
7 month Fixed Term Contract About the Role: Successful candidates will be ambitious, driven, and target-oriented, with a high-energy approach to creating and closing opportunities.
They should be capable of full lifecycle consultative sales, from prospecting to closing deals.
They will consult with clients to understand their PR and marketing objectives and demonstrate how Onclusive's services can help them achieve their goals.
Their main objective is to engage and sell Onclusive services to both PR/Communications and Marketing buyers in their target market.
Job Responsibilities: Identify and generate new opportunities through various channels, targeting net-new logos and cross-sell opportunities within our installed client base. Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets by building and maintaining a full pipeline of new business opportunities from a designated territory/sector. Possess in-depth knowledge and effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of the Onclusive portfolio of services, with a focus on both traditional and social media monitoring, insights, and social listening. Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with prospective PR, Communications, and Marketing clients during the sales process, maintaining regular contact throughout. Provide expert advice and guidance to prospective clients on relevant subjects, including copyright, best practices, and industry expertise. Utilize core sales techniques, including lead generation, presentations, product demonstrations, trial management, proposal writing, negotiation, and closing. Build a strategic Sales Plan that supports activities throughout the year. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, such as marketing and solutions consultants. Lead a comprehensive handover of new clients to Customer Success teams. Manage and update the sales pipeline in Salesforce, keeping accurate records of customer interactions, progress, and deal status. Candidate Profile: Proven track record in managing revenue growth through solution sales and new business development. Passionate, self-motivated, tenacious, and financially driven. Ability to assess opportunities strategically. Sound knowledge of the sales cycle and ability to create a pipeline of profitable business. Strong negotiation skills and ability to think on their feet. Hard-working, self-starter with a "can-do" attitude. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and teamwork skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively across functions. Native Italian speaker and knowledge of the Italian market. Proficiency in English is preferred.
