No Offer Description The research focuses on the comparison between different legal approaches to manage in an integrated way the urban landscape, considering private and public legal instruments.

The study employs a legal comparative and transdisciplinary approach.

It provides a qualitative overview of the legal variations in the management of cultural heritage and greenery in France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy, as well as other legal systems in the Mediterranean region.

This helps develop a set of policies that national European institutions should consider, leading to the creation of new policy schemes and management contract models.

This serves as a foundation for determining the theoretical, methodological, and practical components necessary to implement management contract models in other European urban sprawl areas.
