**Mission

The primary objective of the New Media Creative Content Manager is to drive new media and digital content strategy, therefore define and translate marketing briefs into effective concepts and contents according to the Brand's overall communication goals.

These initiatives are intended to reflect the Brand's image and values and promote cutting-edge opportunities through new media and channels.

**Main Accountabilities

***The team will be in charge of:

- Conceive, create and manage strategic and creative content plans in consistency with the brand's identity and DNA across all communication channels and touchpoints;

- Drive new media & digital content strategy to support brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty

- Overseen all the content production and delivery of the assets;

- Identify new opportunities on uprising media channels to engage and retain the Brand audience;

- Talent scouting to establish effective partnerships and collaborations for the development of innovative contents and new way of create contents and execute communication plans;

- Work closely with all the other Brand and Communication departments to develop 360° innovative projects, supporting the development of the Brand's goal

Profilo

**Requirements**:

- University Degree in Marketing/Communication or Creative fields

- 5/7 years of experience in the luxury or fashion industry in Marketing, Communication or Image departments

- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in large teams

- International experiences (education and/or work) are a plus

- Fluency in Italian and English, French and other languages are a plus

- Knowledge Adobe package is considered a plus
