As F&B Events Sales, you are passionate about promoting our F&B outlets and creating exceptional event experiences for our guests.

Your responsibilities include: Managing and developing the database of our F&B and Events' customers.

Developing and implementing a strategic plan to increase sales.

Promote the F&B Outlets of the Hotel in order to maximise revenue.

Collaborating with clients to understand their event requirements and provide customized solutions.

Assuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement.

Preparing the BEO to better address all the events details to the operational teams.

Collaborating with the other departments of the Hotel in creating exceptional events for our clients.

Creating and maintaining event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution.

Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and quality.

Exceed expectations revealing: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
