As a Sales Manager, your mission is to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities for our property. Your responsibilities include: Analysing local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads and to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business. Developing and implementing a strategic plan to increase sales and incremental business. Assisting the other departments of the Hotel in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term and value-based customer relationships to meet the set expectations. Identifying possible sales opportunities and attending events when requested. Assuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement. Coordinating with the Head Office Sales team. Ensuring that Starhotels sales policies and procedures and SOPs are adhered to at all times. Exceed expectations revealing: A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality. Previous and proven experience in the role. An exceptional ability to inspire people with our concept. Strong knowledge of the assigned area. Proactive mind-set and positive thinking. Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
