Keep reading Your Contribution to COLD as a Sales Specialist: Supervise and manage all daily store operations. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Create and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales objectives. Manage inventory and ensure adequate product replacement. Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure attractive presentation of products. Manage the store budget and control costs. Solve problems and handle conflict situations effectively. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar position, preferably as a streetwear brand salesperson. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Solid knowledge of retail sales practices and inventory management. Customer orientation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work autonomously and in a team. Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends and holidays. Languages: English: C2 Italian: Native Main Responsibilities: Customer Service: Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product advice and answering questions. Store Maintenance: Maintain order and cleanliness of the store, ensuring that products are correctly displayed and labeled.
