ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB As technical NPI you will have the opportunity to support all phases of the introduction of the new models, ensuring the required quality standards, monitoring the appropriate KPIs, and producing the necessary reporting.

Here are some responsibilities you will have:

Specific activities to facilitate the entry into the factory of new NPI productions.

Maintenance and supervision of an RD Projects Roadmap with flow analysis and NPI movements.

Compilation and updating of various files and databases, with annotation of the open points to be marked, in order to respect the GANTT closing timing of the various activities and LT deliveries.

Industrialization check with presence and conformity of equipment in the department.

Check documentation, drawings, sheets, production tags, and sequence of work cycles.

Verification of the technologies used for the processes in relation to the machines and the required quality.

Necessary communication skills from periodic reviews with management to daily communication with the NPI Team.

As a technical Raw temples NPI you will focus on machines and production processes from raw to finished; as technical finishing NPI you will focus on finished products (knowing colours, surface defects, manufacturing problems well).

PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE • Knowledge of Engineering Drawing. • Knowledge of quality methods and procedures. • Knowledge of SAP. • Knowledge of Office suite. • Knowledge of PLM Enovia. • Knowledge of basic software for 2D drawing. • Problem-solving skills. • Project and time management. • Good relational skills. Plus:• Knowledge of productive process. • Knowledge of the use of quality equipment. • Knowledge of CNC machines and tools.
