As an Industrialization Engineer, you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards and managing the introduction of new products. Main responsibilities:Drive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholdersDrive unresolved problems to the appropriate groups, by working with the technical office, quality, and tooling engineeringVerify the work cycle of the components using the data that came from the pre-series areaVerify the accuracy of the bill of materials (BOM)Verification of correctness of work cycle declared by pre-seriesField inspection of workpieces by interfacing with: department head, shift leader, area manager, and quality departmentExecution of tests in the departmentInterface with shop floor for execution and validation of testsInterface with UT for component designVerification of eyeglass status transitionsPORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATEYou have a Degree in EngineeringYou have at least 2 years of experience in a complex environmentGood Knowledge of MS OfficeYou have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, you are proactive and inspire people to be proactive too!You do not see problems, you just see solutions - and you are great at solving problems!You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriouslyYou are a flexible person, able to adapt in a context of constant changeYou have strong facilitation and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
