Role**:

- Manage a team of Project Managers supporting all client projects in the facility, overseeing project activities from kick-off to project closure; Drive the implementation of new projects into the operations via a collaborative oversight of the cross-functional project management efforts;

- Develop a baseline project implementation/execution strategy as part of initial qualification process for new business; Support the business development activities of evaluating and assessing strategic fit for new projects into the facility, via business analysis, resources analysis, and capability fit;

- Ensure project deliverables are client focused, results oriented, performance driven, and in compliance with all applicable internal and external requirements;

- Effectively work with management to ensure on time delivery of all client projects in the facility and identify risk mitigation plans, when applicable;

- Stakeholder & Communication Management Support aligned, metrics-based reporting of site product development performance at business unit-level and company-level report outs.

**Education**:

- Master's Degree/Ph. D.

in a scientific discipline, Management, or related field

- M. B. A. (nice to have)

- PMP (nice to have)

**Experience**:

- 10+ years of in Management positions and or Project Management leadership experience in a biotechnology or related field

- Demonstrated, proficient customer experience/customer service management

- Experience working in contract development and manufacturing space, beneficial

- Demonstrated mastery of Project Management theories and principles

- Project development

- Project execution

- Project monitoring & controlling

- Project close out

- Working knowledge in the use of a wide variety of equipment and data systems in support of development tech transfer and validation strategies.

- Working knowledge and hands-on experience with biological manufacturing and validation concepts and procedures in a GMP environment.

- Previous experience in performance management, developing staffing plans, and mentoring team members.
