ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB   We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL).

As a NPI Manager you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards and manage the introduction of new products.

Main responsibilities Drive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholder Drive unresolved issues to the appropriate groups, by working with Technical Office, Quality, Tooling Engineering, Production and Product Office; Analyze, understand and transfer to production critical issues seen on first samples; Evaluate deficiencies in a work-cycle, define possible alternatives, plan trial runs and evaluate the conformity of the components, understand reworkability of both components and frames; Brainstorm with Technical Office in order to understand the future models and anticipate issues before mass production; Understand and overview the gate stage process of components and frames; Review with APQP the crossing of the frames in the departments, to understand their producibility;   PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE   You have a Degree in Engineering You have at least 4 years of experience in a complex environment  Good Knowledge of Ms Office  You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, you are proactive and inspire people to be proactive too!
