New Technology Development Program Manager
Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities
- Responsible for developing and managing cross functional, technology led, or product focused programs.
Manages budget and interfaces with contractors, suppliers, customers and internal functions.
Manages program resource and budget allocation/integration.
Manages schedule, budget, and tollgate process for NPI, requisition, or sustaining programs.
Influences the programs to meet customer CTQs.
- Develops operational plan for the own department.
- Engaged in customizing projects to client needs.
Conveys technical information both to clients and to colleagues out of other functions.
- Play supportive role in knowledge management gathering data and storing them in a system.
**Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in industrial/management/mechanical engineering or equivalent from an accredited university or college.
Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Program Management.
