For our client, a multinational company leader in Automotive sectors, we are searching for a:

**NEW TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ownership of New Technologies in the Electric Motor Advanced Engineering Team

- Research, development and testing of innovative materials and electric motor technologies

- Definition of the Electric Motor Technology Roadmap in terms of active components, thermal management solution and mechanical integration

- Execution of pre-development testing in terms of prototype definition

- Support to Purchasing in scouting new/innovative supplier

**Requirements and skills**:

- University degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (with focus on e-machines)

- 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Good knowledge of e-machines architectures

- Electric machine and electric drive expertise

- Knowledge of insulation material technology and solutions

- Knowledge of permanent magnet material technology and solutions

- Proficient in English, Italian is considered a plus

- Experience in an international and multi-cultural environment is a plus

- Outstanding communication skills

- Good planning and analytical abilities

- Dynamic and continuously looking for improvements

- Strong drive to deliver
