HSEQ EngineerWe're looking for an HSEQ Engineer to join our team in Cosio Valtellino. Task and duties Actively support the technical department involved in testing activities, checking the test benches projects, in particular safety chains and emergency procedures, and monitoring the respect of policies Assess the risk related to test benches, testing and manufacturing activities, new equipment and tools to be used at the manufacturing facility or at the worksite Develop safety policies to minimize risks, outline safety procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance with occupational health and safety laws and regulations Conduct gap analysis on supply chain areas with the aim of defining and drafting new processes and procedures to ensure internal processes quality Design new processes needed in close cooperation with the Head of, always checking the feasibility of the proposed solutions with all the functions directly involved in their implementation; Define and draft procedures, instructions, templates, registers to be updated or issued in order to ensure an effective supervision and control of all the processes; Ensure that all occupational health and safety standards are followed and that adherence to environmental laws is maintained in industrial settings Support the HSEQ department in the preparation of internal and certification audits regarding compliance with regulations at the Cosio plant; Support the Head of Sustainability and Internal Communication and the Performance Manager in identifying and collecting significant KPIs related to productionprocess, in terms of environment and quality; Identify any operational and regulatory risks, escalating as appropriate and provide competent advice and recommendations.

Develop a strong working relationship with all levels of employees and promote a culture of engagement Conduct audits and inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and procedures, identifying and assisting implementing improvements Report on Company's QHSE performance to the leadership team and statutory authorities as/when required.

Qualification and experience Engineering degree preferred or, at least, technical diploma in electrical engineering or electronics Previous experience in industrial and manufacturing field appreciated Knowledge of electrical systems, preferably specific to inverters and batteries Ability to understand context overall picture; Ability to work in a team; Good initiative and proactivity; Good knowledge ofwritten and spoken English; Good knowledge ofMS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)What we offer you A permanent full time contract An ambitious employer; we only want the best for you; Professional experience in an international environment with frequent contact with other colleagues and partner around the world; Strengthen cross-functional communication skills; Learning & Development Programs; Be part of the young (35 on avg. )
