**Qualifications**:

**Main Duties and Responsibilities

- _Welcome and promptly escort guests within the hotel during Night shift_

- _Deal with all Front Office operations (check in; check out; escorting; cashier operations; guests' care) according to Hyatt policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct_

- _Anticipate guests needs in order to provide an exceptional and unique guest experience_

- _Handle cash and credit card payments as outlined_

- _Maintain high team focus by showing co-operation and support to all the hotel colleagues_

- _Be punctual at all times and adhere to general hotel rules strictly_

- _Summarizing each night's operations and listing any follow-up tasks for management. _

**Qualifications

- _Proficiency in English, Italian and an additional language_

- _Proficiency with computers_

- _Ability in multitasking, problem solving and time-management_

- _Excellent guest service attitude_

- _Teamwork skills and attitude_

- _Past experience in customer service or hospitality_
