NIGHT AUDITOR / RECEPTIONIST NOTTURNO
Important Florentine company operating in the hospitality business is looking for a night auditor for its hotel in Florence.
Location: Florence, 4 minutes walk from Piazza del Duomo, 40 room structure.

**Main duties & responsibilities**:
- Deal with all Front Office operations (check in - check out - escorting - cashier operations) according to company policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct;
- Able to provide information/reservations about activities, etc;
- Coordinate Porters according to Guest needs and company procedures;
- Process the closing/reopening operations of the day of the hotel, supervising the closure of all the outlets (restaurants, bars, spa, boutiques, etc.
);
- Process of the daily reports to the administration and other main departments of the hotel;
- Assist our Guests with all the room service requests with the cooperation of porters;
- Handle emergencies according to the procedures.
- Reports to Front Office Manager

**Requirements**:
We require:
- Previous work experience in the same position;
- Fluent in Italian and English.
A third language preferred;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good knowledge of the Region and products;
- Knowledge of hotel management software such as Protel, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc;

Retribuzione: €1. 400, 00 - €1. 500, 00 al mese
