We are looking for a  Night Auditor  to join our Front Office team.

The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges.

He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community.

Reports to:  Night Manager to-day operations in achieving and exceeding the hotel's objectives in terms of guest satisfaction and quality assurance.

Main duties & responsibilities: Deal with all Front Office operations (check in; check out; escorting; cashier operations; guests' care) according to Belmond policies, procedures and compliance with our code of conduct.

Daily closure, cashier check for all hotel venues, accounting reports, posting control, providing data to statistics and local government institutions.

Assist with all guest's requests.

Handle emergencies according to procedures.

Requirements Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred Previous work experience in the same position in 5 stars hotels Knowledge of hotel management software such as Infor HMS or others, Microsoft suite Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally Other Requirements: Effective and punctual written and verbal communication to keep relevant colleagues and departments updated Ability to work cohesively within a team, showing respect and willingness to share information and skills Commitment to continuous self-development Accuracy and precision in all duties and checks performed Demonstrates a sense of urgency and takes ownership of tasks and responsibilities Ability to handle multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and remain calm under pressure Benefits Belmond and You: We offer a seasonal labor contract in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (C. Start Date:  April 2025 End Date:  November 2025 Our goal is to establish a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and to provide a clear career path.

Compensation: Monthly gross salary € 1, 800 + night shift allowances Separate payslips for the 13th and 14th months' salaries and severance pay (TFR) Welfare incentive based on quality goals.
