Summary

- _Ensure that Park Hyatt standards are met_

- _Offer a warm, sincere and personalized welcome to all guests_

- _Working closely with Front Office and Guest Experience to assure smooth handling of guest arrivals and departures_

- _Respond to all guest needs and requests_

- _Upon request of clients, make reservations at local establishments such as restaurants, businesses, hotels, and other entertainment venues. _

- _Run errands for guests as and when required. _

- _Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements_

- _Understand customer's needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel_

- _Provide quality service by responding to inquiries in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner_

- _Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution_

**Qualifications**:

- _Proficiency in English and Italian_

- _Previous experience in concierge in five-star hotels and knowledge of the Opera system is a plus_

- _Must be detailed oriented_

- _The ability to work well in a team environment_

- _Able to multi-task and work well under pressure_

- _Must be professional and possess excellent presentation, communication, organization, and effective time management skills_

- _Must have very strong knowledge of the restaurants, bars, theatres, and attractions in Milan and surrounding Area. _

- _Flexible schedules and hours, willingness to work on weekends & holidays is required. _
