Hyatt Regency Rome Central is seeking an experienced and reliable Night Manager to join our pre-opening team.

The role will report to the Front Office Manager.

Conveniently located adjacent to Rome Termini Station and a short distance from the Colosseum, the 238-room Hyatt Regency Rome Central is a contemporary 5 star hotel offering premium business services and one of Italy's most dazzling leisure rooftop experiences.

The hotel is also featuring a SPA, 5 food & beverages outlets and more than 1000 sqm events venues.

Main duties and responsibilities: Oversee all hotel operations during the night, ensuring smooth running of all departments.

Act as the main point of contact for guests and team members during the night shift.

Handle guest requests, complaints, and emergencies in a prompt and professional manner.

Ensure safety and security protocols are followed, conducting regular property walks and inspections.

Prepare detailed shift reports for senior management, highlighting key events, incidents, and guest feedback.

Ensure VIP guests receive personalized service and attention during the night shift.

Processing payments including room charges, debit and credit, cash and cheques in accordance with established procedures Checking guests in, out and managing any wake-up call requests Answering phones and dealing with overnight guest queries Running night audit property management systems or manual equivalents Performing other duties such as concierge services and special guest requests Responsible for all hotel operations during the night Skills and requirements: Previous experience as Night Manager or in a supervisory role within Front Office in a lifestyle hotel.

Strong understanding of hotel operations, front desk procedures, and night audit processes.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.

Familiarity with Opera Cloud is highly desirable.

Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
