Night Manager - Innside Milano Torre Galfa
Mission: The Night Manager will ensure the proper functioning of the department during the night hours, taking care and guaranteeing the complete satisfaction and safety of the Guests.
What will I be doing?
* Know and manage all Front Office operations (check-in, check-out, cash operations, etc.
), in full operational autonomy.
* Carry out administrative closure activities, according to company policies and procedures.
* Proactively identify and manage issues to prevent complaints from Guests * Ensure the health and safety of the hotel at night * Printing of arrivals and departures scheduled for the following day * Compilation of company reports and handover for the following morning's shift What are we looking for?
* Professional knowledge of the English language, knowledge of other foreign languages ? ? will be considered a plus * Good knowledge of Opera PMS * Previous experience in the same position in hotels of the same category * Reliability, problem solving skills.
