YellowSquare Milan is looking for a Part - time **Night Porter - Receptionist** to join our team!

We need someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves giving guests an unforgettable experience.

**What You'll Do**:

- Handle bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.

- Manage payments and prepare bills.

- Patrol and secure hostel spaces.

- Assist with guest requests, complaints, or unexpected hiccups.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.

- Strong teamwork skills.

- Flexibility with shifts and hours.

- Excellence in customer service.

- Proficiency in English and Italian (spoken & written).
