YellowSquare is looking for a Night Porter for the Hostel in Rome - Castro Pretorio.

The Tasks:

- **Dealing with bookings;**:

- **Completing Check-in and Check-out procedures;**:

- **Preparing bills and taking payments;**:

- **Patrol and secure hallways, common areas, entrances and other locations of the Hostel;**:

- **Dealing with complaints or problems;**:

- **Support the Bar if needed

**Requirements**:

- **At least 2 years of experience working on a similar position**:

- **Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;**:

- **Flexibility: working time and hours;**:

- **Excellence in customer service;**:

- **Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Italian
