YellowSquare is looking for a **Night Porter - Receptionist **for his Hostel in Rome - Castro Pretorio.

He/She/They will be in charge of creating unforgettable memories to our guests' stay

**Duties**:

- Dealing with bookings;

- Completing Check-in and Check-out procedures;

- Preparing bills and taking payments;

- Patrol and secure hallways, common areas, entrances and other locations of the Hostel;

- Dealing with complaints or problems;

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in similar role, at least 2 years experience

- Teamwork: ability to collaborate within a team and other departments;

- Flexibility: working time and hours;

- Excellence in customer service;

- Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Italian;

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: €1. 00 - €12, 215. 95 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
