Who we are looking for
We are in search of a Nike Partner Executive to join the Intersport South team (Spain, Italy, Greece, Romania, Bulgaria & Turkey)!
We're looking for someone who will drive and implement the Intersport strategy complementing the One Nike Marketplace.
To own the partner business contributing to the net revenue growth, implement the Consumer Code with the account and be an effective standout colleague & positive influence!
What you will work on
- Finalize seasonal assortments based on framework delivered by merchandising.
Ensuring seasonal product flow and optimize in-season trading and replenishment to improve the Intersport's results.
- Plan your account's business: efficient and effective top-down and bottoms up target setting and forecasting process with the accounts.
- Partner and the marketplace: Ensure the best presentation of stories and products at your account (digital & B&M) aligned with the One Nike Marketplace strategy.
Build a premium seamless consumer experience, scaling online-to-offline.
Obsess product launch journeys across the Intersport ecosystem.
- Contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution by managing the end-to-end business with your account.
- Multi-functional key partners' engagement: Drive alignment across the Nike Consumer Code.
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key business partners both internally and externally.
Who you will work with
You will have daily interaction with your Account and Operations teams.
Seasonally / monthly you will need to collaborate closely with Merchandising, Planning, and Brand teams to understand relevant toolkits that will be provided.
Finally, you will report directly into the Strategic Account Director Intersport.
What you bring
- Extensive commercial experience in one or more fields: Sales Account Management, Buying, Procurement, Business Planning, Account Merchandising, Finance
- Demonstrate experience in account manager level roles
- Ability to inspire change and lead business decisions using analytical and commercial eye.
- Digital, product, retail & financial planning savvy
- Ability to lead cross functional workstreams/projects
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to elicit information, actively listen, dialogue freely, verbalize ideas optimally
- Proficiency in English
