**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2, 300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22, 000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:

We are looking for a **NOC and IF Stakeholders Services Coordinator.

The resource will be placed and work with the transports team and will be responsible for:

- Accurately define all service needs for National Olympic Committees and International Federations.

- Identify the categories of services required and/or needs of all people who need to move among the Olympic venues during the Games.

- Cooperate in defining and managing a methodology for updating and integrating the qualitative and quantitative aspects connected to the categories of customers/users, with the identification of the relative temporal aspects.

- Collaborate to ensure relationships with other functional areas of the Foundation and with related stakeholders to negotiate the best transport solutions in compliance with the general concept and stakeholder needs.

- Cooperate in identifying the Level of Services (LoS) in line with customer needs, ensuring coordination with the other Functions.

Formalize the LoS and ensure its negotiation and approval by customers.

- Assist in drafting PSLA and DSLA and negotiated service level agreements.

- Cooperate in defining and verifying, with a view to operational management, the needs for vehicles for transport services, with reference to the fleet of cars and vehicles of the types required by the IOC and by the organization of the Games.

- Collaborate to identify the times of use of the vehicles and consequently determine the different stages of procurement.

- Assist in confirming procurement and partnership strategies and manage relationships with external suppliers and sponsors.

- Cooperate in planning the logístical aspects of the function (parking, deposits, supporting documentation, etc.

), also in collaboration with any external partners.

- Collaborate in drawing up the activity plans.

- Cooperate in preparing the data necessary to define the activity budget.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree;

- 5 years of work experience;

- English Level C2;

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;

- Capacity for dialogue, organization and autonomy in the development of activities;

- Ability to manage people and vehicles in terms of organizing service, managing operations, resolving critical issues;

- Experience in customer relationship management in complex and articulated contexts;

- Experience in transportation planning in previous sporting or non-sporting events of international interest;

- Experience related to fleet management in events or companies of international dimension.
