JOB DESCRIPTION**:

Monitor, operate, and support all of the company's 24/7 global and domestic content distribution services.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Monitor telecommunications/ broadcasting systems, supervise the technical components' functions and make sure that they are active and problem-free.

- Customer support - act as the initial point of contact for all the company's clients.

- Troubleshoot and fix technical issues.

- Accountable for managing events and ensuring that they are resolved while maintaining a detailed record of the problems and methods used to solve them.

- Manage escalation process until resolution, including coordination with in-house engineers and third parties.

- Manage and coordinate technical maintenance related to the company's distribution services.

- Monitor and operate, if needed, facility air-conditioning, UPS, generators, etc.

- Work on a shift rotation basis, on a 24/7 basis.

**EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/ADVANTAGES**:

- Knowledge of English - a must

- Basic computer skills (MS Office programs)

- Engineering studies will be considered an advantage

- Technical or customer support experience will be considered an advantage
