We are looking for a Noc Operator for a full-time on-site position to join the team in Rome. The candidate should be fluent in English and have basic computer know-how. Additional languages and technical knowledge would be considered an advantage. The position includes monitoring, operating, and supporting all of the company's 24/7 global and domestic content distribution services. Working hours – 24/7 shift basis. Please note that this is not a remote/hybrid/smart working position.

Responsibilities:Monitor telecommunications/broadcasting systems, supervise the technical components' functions, and ensure they are active and problem-free. Customer support – act as the initial point of contact for all the company's clients. Troubleshoot and fix technical issues. Accountable for managing events and ensuring that they are resolved while maintaining a detailed record of the problems and methods used to solve them. Manage escalation process until resolution, including coordination with in-house engineers and third parties. Manage and coordinate technical maintenance related to the company's distribution services. Monitor and operate, if needed, facility air-conditioning, UPS, generators, etc. Work on a shift rotation basis, on a 24/7 basis. Requirements:Knowledge of English – a must. Basic computer skills (MS Office programs). Candidate has preferably a technical background from one of the following: RF, satellites, networks, electronics, video, and/or sound. Engineering studies will be considered an advantage. Technical or customer support experience will be considered an advantage. Having a car will be considered an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
