**What you'll do**:

As Noise & Vibration Leader you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of solutions that achieve best-in-class sound power and sound quality.

In addition, you will drive the company strategy on noise, and you will be responsible to translate the consumer experience ambition into product functionality.

**In detail, you will**:

- Plan and supervise the execution of N&V tests during all module and product development phases to ensure we reach our project targets.

- Scout new technologies, lead competitors benchmarking, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure we stay at the forefront of innovation.

- Be responsible for the update and upgrade of our N&V Lab, identifying gaps and defining the investments plan.

- Foster the growth of our N&V community by developing new competencies, methodologies, and best practices.

- Develop and deploy the noise technology roadmap, closely interacting with the global Attribute Leaders community to ensure the definition of a robust, future-proof strategy.

- Facilitate gap analysis on Noise Attribute and help to assess changes in consumer expectations in the short to long term.

- Works with business areas and the Claim Manager to establish the proper translation of noise attributes into meaningful product claims.

**Who you are**:

- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

- 7+ years' experience in R&D laboratory or Quality laboratory.

- 3+ years' experience in the Noise & Vibration field is a must and previous experience in the automotive or white goods industry is appreciated.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills are a must.

- Knowledge of mechanical, vibroacoustic, and aeroacoustic simulation is appreciated.

- Advanced English knowledge is a must.

**Where you'll be**:

You will be based at the Susegana Plant Office.

It will be necessary to be available for national and international traveling two to four times a year.
