Randstad is currently seeking experienced Road Crew Members with previous experience working on road contracts.

This position is ideal for anyone living in the Geelong suburbs.

This role offers a good amount of overtime, and having tickets for Roller, First Aid, Traffic Control, and HR will be advantageous.

What the successful candidates will have: Laying Bitumen / Asphalt hot and cold mix HR and MR licence highly regarded Road Inspecting Able to get off the machine and assist with manual rake hand tasks Ability to keep yourself working and motivated White Card or construction card First Aid Traffic Control Main Job Tasks: The main job is to assist with the spray and seal team during call-outs for small patch-up jobs and line marking.

Attention to detail is a must, along with being reliable and a good team player.

Previous experience in road crews and the ability to work away from home at times are required.

Requirements: Pass a Drug and Alcohol test Police check This position suits individuals who are self-motivated and have experience working with laying asphalt or similar.

The ability to work to set time frames is essential.
