The NovaEdge Resident Assistant will provide guidance and monitor high school students who participate in the program.

They will meet with the students and involve them in on-campus activities.

They will also accompany the students on trips to companies that are in the area.

The NovaEdge Program curriculum includes lectures by industry and university professionals, article reviews, and varying learning experiences.

The program will be held for one week during July, including one weekend (07/11/2025 – 07/19/2025).

Student-run activities will follow mostly an afternoon and evening schedule.

The students will be served breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Requirements Villanova Students must be rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors referred by yourself, faculty, or staff and must be in good standing with Villanova University.

Compliance background checks are required of all applicants in order to work with minors on campus.

Wage Rate $10 p/hour
