We are looking for you!

We are searching for a **talented Product Coordinator **who is curious, driven, and passionate about data, insights and analytics as a key lever to moving the needle.

**You will become part of the** **Strategy** and **Proposition team** reporting directly to the Group Product Roadmap manager for the Sky's OTT streaming service - NOW.

You will contribute and help to **orchestrate the NOW Strategy** and **Roadmap evolution for the Italian market**, working closely with our Sky UK colleagues.

The role will have the following key responsibilities:

- Support the **NOW Group Product strategy** and **evolution with local needs and market priorities**.

- Work as business partner with Marketing, Partnership and Customer Management team **in order to tackle customer-related business challenges** and **new platforms coverage delivery** - **orchestrate the project launch**.

- Keep care about the **NOW product quality**: define and **analyse metrics to measure success of your actions**, platform performance and customer satisfaction (CS, NPS, etc.

);

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Product: drive defects review sessions, evaluate business impacts and prioritization.

Desired skills and experience

- 3-5 years' experience in Product Management in the Digital/Media/Tech/Telco industry.

Deep knowledge of Digital Product and OTT Market

- Analytical background & ability to make product decisions based on quantitative (Data)

and qualitative information

- Ability to display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner.

Ability to work with several stakeholders into an international group and influence decisions

- A track record of delivering results and exceeding targets

- Open mindset and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Fluent in English ("written" and "spoken")

- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Power Point

- Nice to have: experience on streaming KPIs & streaming service quality
