Npr Project Manager - Phase In Phase Out (M/F/D)
Your Responsibilities Coordination and control of the operational departments such as process, equipment, and testing engineers, ERP & MES architects, business process management, product quality, purchasing, supply chain management, logistics, and production, for all phase in and out activities within new product introduction (NPI). Participation in Change Board Meetings to identify and take over NPR relevant changes. Act as contact person for the Development Project Manager as core team member in NPI projects and for the Change Project Manager during the entire change process for phase in and phase out activities. Coordination of the specification, procurement, and installation of new production equipment, together with the NPR site manager, process, equipment, and test engineers, and facility management. Coordination of the production of B, C, and pre-series samples together with NPR Planner and NPR Site Manager. Coordination and control of the set-up and changes of the IT relevant information flow and the associated master data (ERP & MES system) for new products and changes. Control of the material flow for inventory build-up and reduction during the introduction of new products and changes. Your Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar field. Fluent in English; German and/or Italian is considered a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at the executive level. 5 years of professional experience as a project manager or change manager. Several years of professional experience in dealing with ERP (SAP or AP) and MES systems. Confident handling of project management software (MS Project and Jira). Experience in Lean Management and Six Sigma (certification is an advantage). Experience with automotive core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, 8D, etc).
