Planning and leading Nuance device firmware upgrades. Coordination of mobile app editorial content upgrade (e. g.
legal texts). Proactive support in the improvement of all the educational and troubleshooting content (Leonardo, manuals, NuanceAudio.com web site content). Application Maintenance worldwide single point of contactCoordination and routing of all the incident notifications related to Nuance Audio glasses and the supporting back-end platforms.
