About the Hospital/Health System/Department: Progressive and growing 450+ bed trauma center and teaching hospital Position will manage a busy, growing 30+ bed ICU Stepdown Unit with a team of 65 FTE's including two Assistant Nurse Manager Reports directly to a collaborative and dynamic Director of Nursing Highlights/Benefits for the Nurse Manager, ICU Stepdown
