Description and Requirements This position can be located in any Lenovo office in EMEA Location We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on Enterprise Backup solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in identifying and engaging client teams and qualifying and closing new business opportunities.
They will also have the ability to create and deliver successful programs and campaigns on a global basis.
Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
Create, launch, and manage sales campaigns.
Gather and analyse business requirements to identify and understand business needs and challenges.
Develop and document solution architecture plans that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to support the solution.
Develop and implement sales strategies.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead-generation activities.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in business development or solution architecture.
At least 2 years of experience in Enterprise Backup, Edge Computing, cloud computing, AI, or data analytics.
Proven track record of success in identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
