JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

The Merchandising Content Manager is responsible for ensuring that all the product merchandising information are

correctly translated into a consumer-friendly language and collected into relevant and consistent materials, delivered

of the cross-category product stories calendar that can ease and improve the selling of our collection.

This position

requires strong insights into product, communication skills, understanding of current trends, the needs of the global

consumer, retailers and athletes, both from the current market perspective as well as future growth opportunities by

researching, identifying and defining current and future market trends.

**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**:

- Setting guidelines from a product perspective on how the different selling tools should be built, what

- information should incorporate (catalogue, playbooks, training platforms, handtags, )

- Provide direction on how the product information should appear, what are the priorities within the different

- regional sales channels

- Internal platform: priority definition on the roadmap needed for the development of modules on the training

- platform

- Proactively initiates and manages product feedback and inputs from the regional sales teams to ensure

- improvement from both Oakley and Costa of selling materials

- Takes part of the shooting activities with the external agency

- Coordinates and supports the cross-category product stories telling creation to help improve the way we go to

- market with our collection

alignment with the category manager when applicable

- Calendar creation and management of the activities involved by working with all the different stakeholders

**TECHNICAL SKILLS - PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE**:

- A degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Merchandising, Fashion/Clothing Management or related field

- Alternatively, a proven track record, of at least 5+ years' experience preferably in the sports industry would be

- considered

- Strong competence in product merchandising and communication

- Windows, Excel, Power point skills

- Presentation skills

- Experience in the sports market or an interest or active participation in sports is appreciated

- Fluent English
