JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**- Lead a team of 5 people managing workload and ensuring collection development steps.

- We need a person with previous experience in product development department, someone who is already aware of the process, timing, and execution from mood/design until product industrialization in an apparel company.

- Resource will manage communication with designer, sourcing and merchandaising, evaluating request and production feseability of each project.

- Apparel collection Development

- Research and development of materials (fabrics and trims) following moodboard and marke request.

- Work with design team to prest alternative options when price/execution challenge occurs.

- Manage product deadlines with factories, defining the calendar for design and product development.

- Manage BOM for all styles developed - define all the detailed technical product info to provide complete info to other teams involved.

- Availability to travel in Italy and abroad (Asia and South America).

- Flexibility and problem solving attitude, team player

- Follow entire development process from sketch to final garment

- Manage external suppliers - follow up during development process

- Hit target dates and cost
