We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Ocean Operations Operator in Italy (Pantigliate). As an Ocean Operations Operator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing ocean freight operations efficiently and effectively. Your role will involve liaising with different stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Handle shipments in the ocean export freight operations: gather and check the shipment information; monitor shipments; process and monitor customer invoices; prepare operational reports. Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customers. Ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations. Resolve any operational issues promptly. Requirements: Previous experience in ocean freight operations. Knowledge of customs and trade regulations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy.
