Key tasks**: - Develop and manage import plans to process import bookings and provide to - stakeholders / customers the most efficient solution for their import shipments, in line - with Oceanfreight business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies;

- Execute import plannings and processes to optimize service and performance;

- Implement transactional operations related to import in adherence to regulations and - internal procedures;

- Understand customer requirements, verify to ensure customer requirements are met - and take corrective actions in case of deviations;

- Support customer service in the incident and exception management resolution;

- Share and act in line with OFR Import guidelines to streamline transactional operations with business demands and achieve compliance with local business environment;

- Participate in developing a high-performance service culture within the Oceanfreight Stations in Italy and overseas;

- Review adherence to established quality and performance standards, contribute to continous improvement and optimization;

- Interact with internal functions such as customer service, sales, etc.

- Support Oceanfreight Import Manager to elaborate and prevent potential issues for Business, and implement practices and quality standards for import, focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency;
