Oe Key Account Manager
For the BU Mobility in the Headquarter of Montecchio Maggiore (VI), we are looking for a:
**OE KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
The person will take care of the following activities:
- Increase market share and development new business opportunities with global automotive OEM accounts and batteries KEY accounts
- develop strategic roadmaps for key customers and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to grow market share and align product portfolio
- be entrepreneurial on expanding new OEM and Key accounts at global level
- be the primary point of contact to OEM customers/prospects and their key management personnel
- build strategic partnerships to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- map all key stakeholders within OE customer organization and develop with them long term business relationship
- manage overall OE customers business projects, supervising the activity of relevant stakeholders (Engineering, Purchasing, R&D, Product Planning/Strategy, Manufacturing, Warranty and Supplier Quality Assurance).
- responsible for achieving OE projects targets in terms of Time to market, product specifications and product costs
- responsible for achieving OE Projects business targets in terms of Margin and sales
- responsible for quotation submissions, securing purchase orders, closing open financial issues, price and warranty negotiation
- be the Voice-of-the-Customer - Maintain a reliable understanding of how Fiamm's OEM and Key Account customers view the company and bring those key messages back to the Fiamm's team
- ensure all reports, plans, forecasts and administrative requirements are completed
- indirectly lead the Key Account Managers and Internal organization to meet customer deadlines
- meet all reporting deadlines as are set by Management
- identify new opportunities with existing or new customers to increase profitable sales
- analyze the current market position and provide feedback on Market conditions, competitor activities and progress towards business objectives
- working with the Operations and Marketing team to develop new logistics solutions or marketing material, strategies and justify new project opportunities to support the sales effort
- ensure continuous improvement in a change-oriented culture.
**Requirements of the position**:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or engineering
- experience selling or established network at OEMs
- ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments
- experience with business development, program launches, and account management
- experience working in a global matrix organization
- hunter mentality with a strong track record of development new business
- experience in leading indirect team
- 5 years of automotive sales and/or key account management experience selling to OEMs.
