CHINT ITALIA INVESTMENTS SRL is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of electrical equipment and solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OEM Key Account Manager for Piemonte & Lombardia to join our team in Italy. As the OEM Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers and new OEM customers in sectors such as Elevator, HVAC, UPS, and Machinery.
Key Responsibilities: Achieve assigned turnover targets by strengthening cooperation with industrial customers and developing new customers in the assigned area. Actively search for new business opportunities, market niches, and sales channels with a focus on Elevator, HVAC, UPS, and Machinery product lines. Develop a complete understanding of OEM account needs. Plan to improve OEM client results. Negotiate contracts with clients and establish timelines for performance. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics. Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders. Establish and oversee internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client. Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit through up-selling or cross-selling. Manage communications between key clients and internal teams. Work with the CS & Marketing director for coordination in managing key clients. Expand relationships and bring in new clients. Cooperate with PM, Technical, and Logistics Departments to collect information and prepare related documentation. Coordinate with other Sales staff for efficient work organization. Follow tenders and projects in the assigned sector. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent working experience is acceptable. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a key account management role, specifically in the OEM industry (electrical sector). Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts with specific training in electric products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Native in Italian and English (B2).
