Position: OEM Key Account Manager ( Lombardia & Piemonte)
CHINT ITALIA INVESTMENTS SRL is a leading global manufacturer and supplier of electrical equipment and solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OEM KAM Piemonte&Lombardy to join our team in Italy. As the OEM Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key original equipment manufacturer (OEM) customers and new OEM customers in all sectors like Elevator, HVAC, UPS, Machinery. . . . You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure the success of our OEM partnerships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned turnover targets by strengthening the cooperation with the assigned industrial customers developing new customers and opportunities in the assigned area
Actively search new business opportunities, new market niches and sales channels in the assigned area, with particular focus on Elevator, HVAC, UPS, Machinery and product lines
Developing a complete understanding of OEM account needs
Planning to improve OEM client results
Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance
Preparation of regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members and stakeholders
Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
Collaborating with sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
Working together with CS & Marketing director for a correct coordination of their teams in the managements of the Key clients
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients
Cooperate with PM, Technical and Logistics Depts. to collect all the information needed and prepare related documentation
Coordinate with other Sales staff for an efficient work organization
Follow tenders and projects in the assigned sector
**Requirements**:
Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a key account management role, must in the OEM industry ( electrical Sector)
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts and specific training in electric product.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
