Our client company is one of the leading companies in the equipment sporting goods industry with a premium own brand and top-tier R&D and production capabilities.
To support and foster their solid growth strategy for the next years, we are selecting a "Regional OEM Sales Manager" who will be reporting to the EMEA Director.
**Il tuo nuovo ruolo
The person will have a strategic position in the sales department and will have the following responsibilities: grant longevity and profitability to all existing business relationships with OEM's together with analysing and identifying opportunities to secure new businesses from OEM customers-base in the region, increasing revenues and optimizing profit developing, when possible, value and marketing-based proposals to ensure optimized OEM Sales.
Identify interesting prestige/premium OEM customers, including niche brands, and develop specific marketing cooperation programs to enrich the relationship and secure the highest return for the brand image of the company.
The role will also collect from leads, prospects and customers all possible industry insights regarding product trends, and support Product Marketing department to assess the interest of these future market trends and translating them into product specifications.
Furthermore, he/she will collect market information regarding competitors, their positioning, product and price strategies and participate in innovative projects to enhance sales proposal process.
Collaborate with marketing department to design new services and products for enhancing business growth.
**Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo
We are looking for an experienced salesperson with a solid (5 years) background directly managing OEM customers in international components/ingredient companies, preferably in the cycling/motorcycling industry.
A good entrepreneurship attitude whilst capable to work in team, facilitating internal communication and information flow, together with ambition to grow responsibility in the medium term will be key factors.
Good analytic skills, capable to produce analytic reports and presentations, used to work by numbers.
Workplace: Lombardy North Est (available to travel internationally up to 50%-70%)
Languages: Proficient English (German is nice to have)
