Some of the essentials for you to know are: Location: Zola Predosa (BO) or Milan Reporting To: Head of Off Site, Inventory Planning & Control Here's a breakdown of what you'll be doing: Business Analyst: Coordinating with Group's Controlling Team for all the requested financial planning activities (Budgets, outlooks, last estimates and so on) Updating and checking the periodic reports (Year to date and year to go, matching with the Targets) Supporting the Head of Offsite in all Strategic planning Supporting the B2C project manager in the financial business case of each Event (product mix, business case and DST) Managing the Offsite internal budget along with the Senior Operation and the Back office functions, adjusting it with the official targets Business Reporting: Producing all the PPT presentations for the top management and for the Offsite Team Supporting on the B2C presentations The type of person we are looking for: Previous 1-3 yrs experience in a similar role Strong analytical and Excel skills Fluent in English, written and spoken Strong interpersonal skills and attitude to work in team Availability to Travel and to be involved in the commercial strategies and tactics as well as meeting with clients Proactive and active person always looking for doing more than expected Dedication and passion in her/his work If you are passionate, committed and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, then please apply with a CV.
