Off Trade Key Account Manager | North Central Italy Brown-Forman Location: Italy | Milano; Italy | Torino Type: Full time Summary: This role is critical to lead our business in the OFF-Trade Channel, managing customers, negotiating, and ensuring the execution of National plans while building local joint business plans in the North West Area. Meaningful Work from Day One: The Off Trade Key Account Manager has a regional scope, being the counterpart of important local customers. Your first key task is to run negotiations in alignment with the Off Trade commercial policy, negotiating local agreements, promotional plans, assortment, and excellent execution. What You Can Expect: Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sell-in and sell-out performance of assigned customers. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, being the face of Brown-Forman. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats. Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and collaborate with the OFF Trade National Key Account Manager to maximize results. Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company commercial policies and industry regulations. What You Bring to the Table: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in FMCG as a Key Account Manager in OFF Trade. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of successfully delivering sales growth in a similar role. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers. Prior experience in the spirits industry is a plus. What Makes You Unique: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. An entrepreneurial approach. Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM software (Salesforce). Results-oriented, strategic thinker, and team player with a passion for the spirits industry. High experience in management and business development in multinational companies. Sufficient command of written and verbal English; Italian is a must.
