Join our TUI Musement Offer Set-up Team as Offer Set-Up Executive and play a key role in the uploading and maintenance of TUI MM offer to be distributed on all channels.

**ABOUT THE JOB

- Uploads and updates dates, prices, availabilities, and all other relevant information to activate TUI MM offer every start / end of season.

- Ensures received offer goes according to defined guidelines.

- Maintains the offer once it is live and ensures the information is accurate and up to date and that the offer is available in all channels and monitors the same to best suit the business strategy.

- Understands the end-to-end process in order to keep a correct flow of information between all areas.

- Creates synergy with our stakeholders in order to solve on the spot issues that may affect our targets and results.

- Continuously working with KPIs and targets to ensure a correct time management.

- Liaises and collaborates with other areas of Offer Content Management team to report issues of the systems, lacks in flows and processes, suppliers' complaints, and overall business needs.

- Works on strict deadlines, following a specific pipeline and keeping flexibility in case of priorities' change and urgencies.

- Is involved also in one-off projects.

- Receives and analyzes data to be setup, on a regional or global level, in system for all verticals: EATs, accommodation, transfers, shorex, multiday tours, and any others that can be add to the portfolio.

- Is responsible for all operational setup for all verticals.

- Is up to date on destination´s requirements to prepare future volume of requests.

- Keeps constant communication with our global colleagues to give feedback and actively being involved in the group´s / area initiatives.

- Is able to work independently to manage day-to-day tasks.

**ABOUT YOU

- Previous experience in the role of Offer Set-up executive for at least 1-2 years

- Excellent knowledge of internal systems and demonstrated practical experience in operational setup

- Sensibility to propose new flows and processes

- Ability to coordinate several priorities and tight deadlines

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Fast learning and flexibility

- Excellent knowledge of Jira, Asterix and other "Office" tools, including in cloud (and/or other spreadsheets)

- English professional proficiency

- Ability to work responsibly and appropriately with highly confidential information

- Ability to work independently and strong attention to details

- Ability to adapt to fast changes (system and organization level)

- Feels comfortable taking decisions based on their knowledge in order to gain trust on our key stakeholders.
