ABOUT THE JOB Receives and analyses data to ensure it goes according to defined guidelines. Uploads of dates, rates, and availabilities for all components of Multi-day Tours in multiple destinations. Maintains the offer once it is live and ensures the information is accurate and up to date.

Understands the end-to-end process in order to keep a correct flow of information between all areas. Creates synergy with our stakeholders to solve on the spot issues that may affect our targets and results.

Continuously working with KPIs and targets.

Liaises and collaborates with other areas of Offer Content Management team, Supply Management, and/ or Sales Development teams. Works on strict target and deadlines, following a specific pipeline to ensure a correct time management. Can work independently to manage day-to-day tasks. .

ABOUT YOU Knowledge of external content management systems and demonstrated practical experience in operational content setupExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English with native/fluent level would be desired.

Other languages would be advantageous.

Excellent knowledge of "Office" tools, including in cloud (and/or other spreadsheets) Tech savvy to be able to tackle issues with relevant departments. Fast learning and open to take on a variety of tasks.
