**Your Duties & Responsibilities**:
As part of the team, you will have the responsibility of:
- Ensure the evolution and coordination of the offering plan activities
- Organize and facilitate the internal acceleration program and complete the commercial offering material, making it complete and consistent
- Identify opportunities to invest and consolidate offerings with the greatest potential
- Collaborate with the Pre-sale and delivery teams to identify projects having the potential to become standardized offerings, collect information regarding the results obtained and market trends useful to support the investment decision
- Disseminate best practices and tools to increase commercial effectiveness
- Create a shared commercial knowledge base, and organize the updates concerning innovations in the offerings
**Education & Experience**:
- +2 experience working in a strategy, technology and/or digital consulting/advisory firm
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PPT
- Desired soft skills:
- Proven relationship-building personality, allowing to work comfortably in matrixed and global environments
- Ability to say no - and to explain why
- Good understanding of modern technologies and organizational processes
- Passion about getting things done and goal orientation
- Ability to make and understand the impact of complex prioritization decisions under pressure
