**What you will be doing

Reporting to the Head of Facility Management you will make sure that our office is always in good and safe conditions and you will take care of the mobility of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make sure that the office is always in good and safe conditions, ensure the needed supply in terms of furnitures, furnishing accessories and technological devices;

- Manage external suppliers to ensure a high level of service in terms of cleaning, maintenance, food & beverage, shipping, supply of office furniture and devices;

- Manage the travel agency, ensure an high level of service for business trips, manage short and long term apartment rents according to management guidelines;

- Be in charge of the mobility management, propose and implement mobility sustainable solutions;

- Ensure an high level of service for all scooter/car rent according to management guidelines;
